Quick de-stress tip No. 5

Imagine you are on holiday.  Briefly shut you eyes and summon up that memory of what it feels like at the start of a lovely holiday.  Hotel fab.  All unpacked.  Horrid journey over – and the holiday stretches away ahead of you.


Please don’t be ridiculous and do this whilst driving – unless stuck in heavy traffic, of course.
