Find the space.

Whilst rushing as normal, just become aware of things like your fingers closing around the keys as you fumble for the lock. Or reaching out for a pen to write something down – again, feel your fingers close around the pen and then bringing the pen to paper and writing. Become aware of the spaceĀ  in the movement.
