  • Without going into a slump, relax completely.
  • Relax the face.
  • Breathe out.  Nice long slow.
  • Think about the floor.
  • Feel the contact with the floor.
  • Allow the strength of the floor into the body.  Effortless unrestricted strength.


Probably won’t work in an aeroplane.
