Quick De Stress tip number 16

Imagine the tension dissolving out of your bones.  When the shoulders feel tense, we often wish the muscles would relax.  Instead of just thinking about the shoulder musculature, think about the shoulder blades themselves and imagine them dissolving.  Think about your upper arm bones.  Let the tension dissolve out of them.  Or you could think about your hips. And don’t forget your skull, the cranium itself,  is made of 8 bones. 1  Does it help if we think of dissolving them?
