Quick De Stress tip.

Ah.  A nice bit of controversy.  Hope Christmas is calmer than this.

Every Sunday I used to post a quick de stress  tip.  As the madness that is Christmas reaches its climax, I thought I might remind you of one of the simplest ones: for one breath only, stop completely, completely clear the mind and allow the frazzled brain to concentrate entirely on the breath.    Rest in the breath.  Then back to this year’s farce.
