Quick way to de-stress 1.

Stress is a constant in our life.  And we often don’t realise just how stressed we are until something snaps and craziness results.  Of course, doing a 20 minute meditation or going to a yoga class is a very good way to de- stress.  But the very stress of finding the time to do this, the stress felt when you intend to do this but life gets in the way and you miss your session can lead to even more stress.  So each week for the next 10 weeks I will give a tip on things that help reduce stress in a few seconds.  Best done before cracking up levels are reached.

 

Relax your face completely.

Let your mind go blank.

Breath out.
