Quick way to destress No. 2.

To be completely present in the moment is easier than you think.  This idea is based upon the Alexander Technique teacher Frank Pierce Jones.

Feel your feet on the floor if standing or your bottom on the chair and feet on the floor if sitting.

Be aware of the air surrounding you – above, behind, beside as well as in front.

And listen.  Hear every noise.
