• Brussels Sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Celtic Sea Salt.
  1. Roll the sprouts in olive oil on a baking tray.
  2. Roast in the oven.  I wouldn’t have the temperature too hot so they don’t burn too much. Something like 150°C or 300°F.  They will take about 45 mins to cook, depending upon their size.
  3. It will be necessary to stir them about a bit during the cooking time.

Roasting sprouts make them taste less sprouty and a bit more nutty.  Be generous with the salt.
