Looks so simple. Hurts so much. Just find your balance on the bosu. The abs flatten: think skinny. Oh, and the testicles ascend or the female gizzards whizzle up. The chin tucks in – the man in the video does this superbly as he lifts. Hopefully, his nuts are up as well. Start by holding the balance for 10 – 30 secs. Then add the above reach and extend move. Now all that has to be done is remove the overlying blubber to reveal the resultant six pack.
