Meatballs.

400g Organic Minced Beef

Freshly Grated Ginger

6 Cardamon pods – split open to remove the seeds

Zest from about half a Lemon

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serves two.

 

  1. Mix the above ingredients together.
  2. Squash into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball. (The more you squish the meat, the more tender it will be.)
  3. Fry in a little olive oil.

Serve with a plentiful serving of vegetables of choice and rice with a little added cumin seed and clarified butter.
