This is a favourite recipe of my daughter, Sally.  My son is also very fond of it.  I asked them about quantities, at which point my son laughed and said, ‘Well, if you’re poor its plenty of peas!’

The mince can be any meat, not just beef.

This recipe is extremely quick and surprisingly nice.  I suppose its because peas go with anything.  Rice with peas is also very nice.

Forks out.  Dig in.
