Power.

I sell Poliquin Multi Intense, with or without iron, for £30 for a pot of 180 tablets.  Contact me through this site to buy them. I promise it will be the best £30 you’ve ever spent.  I put all my clients on Multi Intense and instruct them to take 9 a day for the first entire tub and then work out the daily dosage after that.

Its effects are astonishing: why?  To summarise: nutritional levels in food is steadily dropping due to the use of artificial fertilisers and hydroponics; for instance in 1914 a cabbage contained 248 mg calcium whereas in 1992 it contained 47 mg (click on ‘cabbage’ to find out more).  So even if we do eat an extremely good diet we still can’t get  enough vitamins and minerals from our food to be truly in the pink; instead we end up various shades of gray, with increasingly less desire to read the book. And that is the problem: as our nutritional levels sink, so do our energy levels and we don’t realise it.  If a friend has a young child and you don’t see that child for a month, when you next see it, the child has shot up in height, yet the parents who see the child everyday are not so aware of the change in their child.  Getting fat: we don’t wake up one morning having gained 2 stones overnight.  No, the weight creeps on pound by pound so we don’t really see it until someone takes a sneaky photo of us or maybe we catch sight of ourselves reflected in a shop window and think. ‘Blimey, look at that fat bugger!’  ‘Holy moly, it’s me!!’

Multi Intense contains the vitamins and minerals we lack in forms that the body can take up successfully.  Taking 9 pills a day, split into three and taken mid-meal bungs goodness back into the body and makes us feel terrific.  And the better we feel, the more we do, which helps weightloss.

Why else does it help weightloss?  One cause of cravings poor nutritional status.  Lose the cravings and weightloss becomes just so much easier.  One of my clients can be a bit flaky about taking Multi Intense.  It is not the British way to take supplements, after all; they are repeatedly slammed in the media for being ineffective or even harmful and there is this myth that a healthy diet gives us all the nutrition we need.  My client has found that when he forgets to take his Multi he finds chocolate irresistable, and this makes him a little plump around the middle.  When he takes his Multis at a good level, he has no chocolate desires.  It then becomes easy for him to lose the spare tyre.

Of course, the multi is doing far more than cutting cravings.  Another client started out claiming to be the least healthy person I’d ever met.  He is possibly correct.  When he first came, his feet were blue.  After only a few days on 9 multi intense a day, his feet turned pink again.  Take his multis and he can function.  Miss them and he really feels the difference.

Multi Intense comes in two forms: with and without iron.  People who bleed regularly need the version with iron; this is principally menstruating women.  The rest need the iron free version – so this is men and post-menopausal women.  One mineral that we are not short of in the diet is iron and if we don’t bleed regularly, iron levels can become dangerously high – remedied by giving blood. 1

As already stated, the minerals and vitamins in Multi Intense come as top quality compounds, meaning that the body just loves them in these forms.  The other magic ingredient in this multi is a small amount of HCl – stomach acid.  This helps breakdown of the pill, making the ingredients of the pill super available.  However, it also means that this supplement should not be taken by people with a stomach ulcer.  They need to heal the ulcer first – by using best quality Aloe Vera, best quality probiotics and broad spectrum digestive enzymes and GI Qwell, a Poliquin supplement containing Zinc Carnosine, famous for its gut healing abilities.

If we look at the ingredients of commonly available multivitamins and we read ‘Zinc, Magnesium’ and so on, the form of them will be Zinc or Magnesium Oxide.  This is a very cheap form of these minerals and does us no good at all.  The Vitamin E will be a man made version – again cheap and bad for our health.  Going up in quality, for example the multi made by Biocare, at least the zinc and magnesium come in citrate form, but the Vitamin E is just a d-alpha tocopherol as opposed to a mixed tocopherol found in the Poliquin product.  And, critically, the vitamin B9 – folic acid – comes in fully bioavailable form (methylated) in the Poliquin multi as opposed to just folic acid. I give the full list of ingredients below2 .  It is very easy to google the ingredients of the Biocare Adult Multivitamin to compare the two.

Poliquin Multi Intense: as it says on the tub, ‘Advanced Nutritional Support Designed for Optimal Health’.  Poliquin are telling no lies here.
