Ah, yes.  Classic stuff.

The Buddhists say suffering is wanting what you don’t have and not wanting what you do have.  Happiness is precisely the opposite.  Enjoy what you do have.  Aspire to your dreams, but savour what is here.  It is too easy to get caught up in catastrophising about things that have not happened yet, to get caught up in what we don’t have instead of relishing what we do have right now.
